Build Together
We talk over video call or chat, use AI references and rough sketches to lock in the visual direction before I start drawing.

Draw & Deliver
I work in Clip Studio Paint — monochrome or full color. You receive high-res PDF and PNG files, ready to print or post.

Use It Freely
The files are yours to use however you like — social media, print, zines, personal projects. No restrictions on personal use.

First message
Send me a message through the contact form or on Instagram / X. Tell me roughly what you want — content, page count, monochrome or color.

Story Discussion
Content & layout
We talk over video call or chat. I’ll create a rough layout (neme) showing panel composition and flow, and confirm direction before starting.

Payment & Creation
Full payment upfront, then I draw
Once the layout is confirmed, I ask for full payment upfront. Production time depends on page count — 1 week for 2 pages, 3–4 weeks for 5+ pages.

Delivery
Digital files delivered
I deliver high-res PDF and PNG files online. Print them, post them, put them in a zine — they’re yours for personal use.
Copyright & Usage
Copyright stays with me (Hiroto Aoyagi), but you receive full rights for personal use — social media, print, personal projects. Commercial use (book sales, merchandise, etc.) requires a separate agreement. Feel free to ask.
